Due to high demand, the shipping and delivery period may extend from 7 to 10 business days for some orders.

Return & Refund Conditions

We are happy to offer a solution that works best for you, based on the situation and in accordance with the following terms:

  • Non-refundable fees: Shipping and postal fees are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the products.

Note: Misuse or tampering with products may prevent approval of returns.


How Returns Are Processed

  1. Upon receipt of returned products, we will process the return and refund based on the condition of the items.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  3. Refunds are processed within 7 to 21 business days after confirmation.
  4. A confirmation message will be sent to you once the refund is initiated.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

1. Damaged Products

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us at 0503244247 within 2 days of receiving the order. Kindly provide photos of the damaged product. Once confirmed, we will refund the product’s price as per the invoice (after any discounts). Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit equal to the value of the damaged product.

2. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order or part of it before it has been prepared and shipped by contacting us at 0503244247.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the invoice price (after any discounts).
  • If the order has already been prepared and shipped, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Cancellations after shipment are treated as returns.

3. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Information

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect contact details (e.g., wrong phone number or incomplete address), or if there is no response from the customer to the delivery company, shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the returned order is received.
  • For reshipping, the customer must bear the reshipping cost, and the shipment will be sent once the payment is completed.

4. No Delivery After 14 Business Days

If you do not receive your order or any communication from Dermazone or the shipping company within 14 business days, you are entitled to a full refund, including any shipping fees.


Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, Dermazone will accept returns only if the product is in its original condition. We do not accept returns for opened products unless they are defective.

  • Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by Dermazone.
  • If the manufacturer confirms the defect, you may choose to receive a full refund, including shipping costs, or request a replacement product.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at 0503244247 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to cancel it.

  • If your order has already been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted, and the rest of the payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellations after shipment are considered returns and will be processed in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping & Customs Policy

  • If there is an issue with the order or products, Dermazone will bear the cost of returns and replacements.
  • If there are no issues with the order, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
