Nupo Diet Meals is a diet developed to achieve fast, safe, and efficient weight loss. The Nupo diet consists of 6 Nupo Diet products per day. This gives you a minimal amount of calories as well as all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs. With the Nupo Diet, you replace all your meals with 6 Nupo Diet products per day for a period of up to 8 weeks. The Nupo diet gives you approx. 800 calories per day, and is therefore considered a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD). We have different meals to choose from including Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon, Chili Sin Carne, and others.
